In this paper, we propose a novel cooperative heterogeneous medical diagnosis system composed from humans and artificial agents specialized in medical diagnosis and assistant agents. The cooperative problem solving by the proposed diagnosis system combine the human and artificial systems advantages in the medical diagnosis problems solving. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: Artificial Intelligence.
